What is “Prep”?

“Prep” means preparing your body for Kung Fu or Tai Chi by identifying and improving movement patterns. The FMS assessment helps us pinpoint any imbalances or limitations, so you can train smarter, move with ease, and get the most out of your practice.

How It Works

Step 1: Get Screened – A 30-minute session to establish your movement baseline through a series of fundamental movement patterns.

Step 2: Improve Your Patterns – Receive personalized exercises to refine movement quality and build a stronger foundation.

Step 3: Move Better – Train at a higher level, recover faster, and enjoy a better quality of life!

After your session, you’ll also get custom exercises to take home so you can continue improving on your own.
