AUTO-RENEWAL & PROGRAM EXPIRATION
To ensure your training continues without interruption, please review our policies regarding program expiration and automatic renewals below.
AUTO-RENEWAL POLICY
Opting into Auto-Renewal is the easiest way to keep your training on track and avoid future re-registration fees!
- How It Works: Your current program will automatically renew at the end of your term and immediately take effect for another full term.
- Tuition Rates: Your tuition will be based on your current Member Level at the time of the auto-renewal.
- Opting Out: You may terminate your auto-renewal by completing a termination request in person at the front office up to 30 days before your auto-renewal date.
- Re-Registration: If you terminate your auto-renewal but decide to continue your training later, you will need to re-register. A standard $50 registration fee per person will apply to reactivate your account.
PROGRAM EXPIRATION
- Courtesy Reminders: You will receive a friendly reminder email about your upcoming program expiration, regardless of whether you are enrolled in auto-renewal.
- If you ARE on Auto-Renew: Do not worry! Your program will seamlessly roll over, and no further action is required on your part.
- If you are NOT on Auto-Renew: Your program will officially end on your expiration date. If you choose to continue your Wah lum journey after this date, you will need to re-register and pay the standard $50 registration fee to start your program again.
