How the 8-Week Coaching Works

Over 8 weeks, we focus on a few key habits at a time so you’re never overwhelmed.

  • Weekly 1:1 coaching sessions. About 30 minutes on Zoom or phone to review wins, troubleshoot, and set clear goals.
  • Daily actions in the MyCoach app. Short check-ins and habits you can complete in a few minutes a day.
  • Support between sessions. Text, voice, or video messages through the app so you’re not doing this alone.
  • Simple tools. Portion guides, meal ideas, and strategies for busy days, restaurants, and social events.

The goal is to help you feel more in control around food — at home, at work, and when life gets busy.
