The system taught here is the Wah Lum Tam Tui Northern Praying Mantis style. A skillful martial artist, Lee Kwan Shan combined his family style “Tam Tui” with the Wah Lum Praying Mantis to form a well-rounded and effective system. Great Grandmaster Pui Chan brought this system to the USA and the world, establishing the Wah Lum Temple in Orlando, FL, now run by Master Mimi Chan.

Ages 5 – 8 Years Old
An introductory course designed to build a lifelong foundation for success. Little Mantis initiates your child into the Wah Lum system, developing the coordination and agility drills required to excel as they transition into our Kids program.
Classes include basic exercises and agility work designed to give a strong Wah Lum foundation.
Develops essential skills like friendship, respect, focus, and self-discipline.
Tai Chi Chuan is the perfect balance of internal strength and external form. Our program utilizes slow, focused movements to cultivate vitality and mental clarity.
Increases circulation and releases tension without strain. Rejuvenates the body.
