Core strength is important. We work on our abs a lot! You have no choice but to get good at it!

At the end of the journey, we celebrate your accomplishments with an Awards Banquet. Grand Prize winners are announced as well as Team Challenge winners and many other fun awards!

Each group participates in three fitness evaluations: beginning, middle, and end. You will be able to see just how much "leaner and meaner" you have gotten by these assessments.

There are two "Team Challenge" walk/run days during the two weeks.
It's a fun way to inspire and encourage each other with a little friendly competition. You'll surprise yourself how much time you are able to "shave
off" from the first challenge to the last.

Three days a week of hitting the heavy-bags. Good for
you... bad for the bad guys.

A fun and effective way to get in the best shape of your
life, no matter your starting level!

45 minutes of cardio kickboxing and still smiling... that's gotta say something!
