When I was talked into joining UBC, I had doubts that I could complete 10 tough weeks.  It just seemed like a long time, I was not in good shape, existing heart disease and the excuses kept coming.  I finally decided to go for it.  My initial goal was to lose at least 20 pounds and hopefully kick-start a healthier lifestyle.

Now that the 10 weeks have passed, I can clearly see how it’s changed my life.  I have more energy, I sleep well and feel great.  I dropped 24 pounds and as a bonus, my cardiologist reduced the dosage based on significant improvements with my cholesterol numbers.  He was really impressed and recommended I stay on the program.  It is the first time in the 15 years of taking meds that the dosage has been decreased.  I was extremely happy and continue to reap the benefits of a healthier lifestyle.

UBC is very challenging and definitely not the boring type of workout often encountered at most gyms.  I also did not expect to meet so many wonderful people encouraging each other with a common goal of living healthier.  You learn as a team and build good friends along the way.  My experience was awesome.  UBC is simply a GREAT program.
