Welcome to the world of Wah Lum Kung Fu & Tai Chi
Enhancing one's overall physical, mental, and general well-being is the objective of Wah Lum Kung Fu & Tai Chi. Sifu George Kee is the chief instructor and proprietor of this distinguished establishment. We are a full-time, state-of-the-art martial arts facility. Our school offers a variety of programs for all ages, 4 and up. The curriculum consists of basic exercises, fist forms, weapon forms, and self-defense applications. You will experience an overall improvement in your physical and mental health with our traditional style of martial arts exercises and training in our friendly and family-oriented environment.
In addition to teaching traditional Kung Fu and Tai Chi, Wah Lum Kung Fu & Tai Chi is the only licensed facility in the Orlando area to offer the unique "Ultimate Bodyshaping Course" (UBC). This is a fun ten-week program that combines cardio kickboxing, strength & conditioning, flexibility, and sound nutrition to help lose weight and reshape your body. Some of our students in the traditional Kung Fu program are also enjoying the UBC as an excellent cross-training program. We see people of all ages, shapes and sizes benefitting from the UBC, and we believe that you can too!
